Paul praises club's youngsters

Henry Paul was pleased to get through his first game as a Leeds Carnegie player on Monday night but said he was most impressed by the club's young players.
Paul played the full eighty minutes in the 35-26 win over Bristol at West Park Leeds in his unaccustomed role of full back. He set up a try in the first half and was generally a threat whenever he attacked the Bristol line.
Speaking exclusively to www.leedscarnegie.com after the game, Paul admitted he was a little rusty but enjoyed his first hit out. He commented, "It was good to get the game under my belt and to get a win. Some of my positional play wasn't great and there are some things to work on but I was pleased that we got the win and the bonus point.
"I thought the young guys played really well and there was some exciting stuff out there. I was pleased for Jon Goodridge when he got a couple of tries although I gave him a bit of stick because he could have gave me a try as well!"
