We are running two rugby camps during the half term holidays and you can book your child's place now.
The camp is open to children aged 7 to 16 years of age and costs £50 for the two day camp. We are holding one at Selby RUFC and one at West Park Leeds RUFC. As well as the fun programme of activities your child will also receive a free match ticket, rugby camp t-shirt, water bottle and bag.

WHO RUNS THE CAMP?

The Leeds Carnegie rugby camp programme is overseen by Adam Blades who works within the community team and is assisted by British Lions legend John Bentley. The community team have a whole wealth of experience and are supported by members of the Yorkshire RFU coaching team with whom we run the camps in conjunction.

WHEN & WHERE?

Each of the 2 day camps are for age groups from Under-7's - Under-16's with specific focus on different age groups. The Under-7's - 8's will be grouped together developing TAG rugby with the Under-9's - 12's running a separate development programme, which then also leaves room for a NEW programme for the Under-13's - 16's who will be grouped together learning more advanced skills (with girls welcome to participate up to the Under-12's age group). Each of these camps will commence at 10.00am and finish at 3.00pm with participants required to bring a packed lunch on each day. 
Also new for 2009 we are launching "Extra Time" a service designed to fit around parents working demands. In addition to our traditional 10.00am - 3.00pm camp programme "added time" offer parents the opportunity to drop off their children at 9 o'clock and pick-up at 4pm for an extra £10 for the entire duration of the camp.
