Who are we?
Our main reception provides customer support for both Headingley Experience and Leeds Rugby. We are an in house catering company for all corporate hospitality at Headingley Carnegie Stadium since January 1999.

What are we looking for?
There is a great 'team' atmosphere here at Headingley Carnegie and we are looking for a fun, lively person who is able to be professional and provide genuine, caring customer service.

Duties to include:

. Managing the distribution of the Club's daily postbag and outgoing mail.
. Switchboard and enquiry handling for the Club and to provide a reliable message service.
. Specialist typing and administration support for internal departments.
. Routine filing duties.
. Stocking brochure racks and mailing customers brochure requests.
. Manage the stationary for the club's administration departments.
. Manage the internal meeting room diary.
. Administer and report on Club petrol card.
. Assist in match day enquiries and fans match day information.

Hours:

The basic hours are 10.00am until 2.00pm, Monday - Friday plus match days.

Match days are to be worked on a rota basis.
The Leeds Carnegie season runs from August to May with matches usually played on a Sunday afternoon.
The Rhinos season kicks off in February through to September with matches usually on a Friday evening and sometimes on a Saturday.
The Cricket season starts in April through to September.
