Three Leeds Carnegie players have been named in the England Students squad to take on France in Tournon.
Leeds players dominate the back line with Peter Wackett at full back, Scott Armstong on the left wing and Richard Vasey at full back. The latter have both played in this season's BUSA Championship for Leeds Met and will be hoping to help their side in the knock out stages, which begin in the Spring.
Manager Keith Green expects this side to be particularly combative up front. "We're very excited about the combination in the back row and we'll be trying to play a high-tempo game that is representative of the student game in England," he said.
