Headingley Carnegie enjoys bumper Easter

There are plenty of smiling face around Headingley Carnegie this Easter with all three teams based at the historic stadium recording wins over local rivals ahead of the Easter weekend.
Leeds Rhinos got the ball rolling on Thursday night with the biggest ever winning margin in Super League over Bradford Bulls in a 44-2 win to stay top of the league. This was followed by Yorkshire Carnegie, playing under their new limited overs name for the first time, gettng their 2008 season off to the perfect start with a Roses victory over Andrew Flintoff's Lancashire in the ARCH Trophy in Abu Dhabi. Finally, Leeds Carnegie produced a first ever win over Newcastle Falcons at Headingley Carnegie with a 16-15 win over a Falcons team that included England's Jonny Wilkinson, Mathew Tait, Toby Flood and Jamie Noon.
