Dax next up for Leeds Carnegie

French side Dax will be the next visitors to Headingley Carnegie as Leeds Carnegie return to European action in the New Year.
In the first leg match between these sides in November, Leeds came from behind to earn a hard fought 23-20 win.  Fosi Pala'amo and Lee Blackett were try scorers in a game played in freezing conditions and their efforts helped Leeds maintain their winning start to their European campaign, despite going behind in the match after just three minutes.
US Dax have risen to prominence in recent times with the appointment of Marc Lievremont as the national team coach of France following the World Cup. Lievremont, 38, had won a number of plaudits after he masterminded Dax's return to the Top 14 last season after a five year absence.  Lievremont's brothers Mathieu and Thomas both play at Dax, occupying key back row roles.
In this year's European tournament Dax have failed to secure a victory, leaving them bottom of the Pool 5 table.  Despite their defeat in Italy against Calvisano, Leeds Carnegie still top the group table, just ahead of Castres thanks to the three bonus points they secured.
Tickets for this game start at £17 for adults and £5 for children if pre purchased.  You can buy tickets either in person from the Headingley Carnegie ticket office, over the phone on 08700 60 60 50 or online at http://www.leedsrugby.com/
Season ticket holders do not need to buy a ticket for this game as the match is included in their season ticket
