Argentinean back row Martin Schusterman has finally arrived back in Leeds after an incredible World Cup for Argentina over in France.
Schusterman has missed the opening six games of the Guinness Premiership season whilst he was away in France and featured in the Puma's game against Georgia. He had to leave the World Cup camp during the tournament to return home to Argentina for the arrival of his first child, a little girl called Emma.
He returned to France after a 26 hour stop over in Buenos Aires and was part of the squad that created World Cup history by finishing third in the biggest tournament in the world.
Schusterman will now be looking to test himself in the biggest domestic league in the world having rejoined Leeds Carnegie. He has never played in the Guinness Premiership before and could make his bow against his former national boss when Leeds take on Leicester Tigers on Saturday 24th November at Headingley Carnegie, when Marcelo Loffreda will be making his debut as a coach in the Premiership having moved on from the Argentina squad.
Schusterman only arrived back in the UK on Tuesday and so is unlikely to feature in this Friday's clash with Saracens, however he could make a possible return in Monday night's Guinness A League game at Leicester or next week in the EDF Energy Cup tie at Llanelli.
