Leeds Carnegie star Tom Biggs has missed out on selection for the first  Saxons squad of the new Martin Johnson regime after the England boss revealed his 64 man England England Elite Player squads.
Biggs was a late call up for the England Saxons squad that travelled across to the North America for the Churchill Cup. Despite impressing in the pool stages he missed out on selection for the successful Final win. Former skipper Stuart Hooper also misses out after his summer switch to Bath however there are three products from the Leeds Academy in the first team squad with Danny Care and Tom Palmer joined by Jordan Crane for the first time.
Biggs along with Jon Dunbar, Tommy McGee, Calum Clark and Scott Freer will report back for pre-season training on 14th July with Vili Ma'asi and Mike MacDonald comng back a week later.
