Steve has been conditioner with Leeds Carnegie since 2000 and is recognised for his innovative training techniques and demand for hard work.

Rugby Career

Steve originally came to Headingley Carnegie in 1997 to work with Leeds Rhinos, having worked with the club at the Tidworth Army Base during pre-season camp. He pent nearly 24 years serving with the Royal Dragoon Guards and earning his MBE. Steve has represented the Army Rugby League side and won Man of the Match in the Army Cup Final.

Personal Details

Steve supports both Leeds Rhinos and Manchester United and his childhood hero was George Best. His favourite television show is The Contender and the rugby player he most admires is Andy Farrell.
